Since 2015, he has been a Michelin-starred chef, known for his expertise in multi-continental cuisine and his groundbreaking culinary research into emerging gastronomic trends. Dr. Hatem is a pioneer in both molecular and classic cuisine, and he has spearheaded the design and development of innovative culinary concepts for global food manufacturers and retailers across three continents.
He maintains close collaborations with a network of 25,000 chefs worldwide and has strategic partnerships with key customers and retailers. In addition to his culinary expertise, Dr. Hatem conducts internal and external seminars and serves as a culinary consultant for food manufacturers, retailers, cruise lines, Michelin-rated restaurants, and luxury hotels globally.
Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Hatem has been recognized as a visionary chef, a respected university professor, and a corporate trainer.
